Wear cotton clothes.
You must wear clothes made up of cotton or with cotton blend at least. Cotton is dry and keeps you dry to avoid the growth of bacteria or fungus. Take a proper bath with soaps or shower gels containing oil ingredients. Dry your skin by dabbing in a perfect way.
Wear gloves in order to save the skin of your hands.
It is advised to wear gloves made up of plastic or vinyl material where in hands are needed to do the work. If you are working with something that irritates our skin then it is important to wear on the gloves. You can wear gloves made up of cotton under the gloves made up of plastic to avoid sweating.
